Help Center: Accounts, Connections & Refunds

Find help with sign-up, subscription updates, client connections, route selection, billing and refunds. Complete the basic checks in the relevant category first, then submit a ticket through the user panel.

ACCOUNT

Accounts & Subscriptions

Handle sign-up, device changes, client access and subscription updates. Get subscription details from the user panel rather than using public URLs or old configurations kept for a long time.

Is an email address required to sign up for VPNWX?

No email address is required. Sign up with a username and password. Choose a memorable password that you do not reuse with other services, and keep your username safe. After signing up, use the user panel to view plans, get clients and manage your subscription.

How many devices can one account connect?

VPNWX supports unlimited simultaneous devices. Computers, tablets and other supported devices can use the active subscription on the same account, so you do not need to purchase again when changing devices. If you use many devices, update the subscription on all of them to prevent an expired configuration from being used.

Which client platforms are supported?

Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported. Clients and subscription access are available in the Downloads area of the user panel. Sign in to get the content for your current platform. Marketing pages do not provide static installers or public subscription URLs.

How do I update the subscription link?

Open the subscription management page in your client, select the current VPNWX subscription and update it. If the route list does not change, quit and reopen the client, then check the subscription update time. If it still will not update, get the subscription again from the user panel and import it. Before importing, remove old entries confirmed to be inactive so the client does not continue reading an outdated configuration.

CONNECTION

Connections & Troubleshooting

Troubleshoot layer by layer, starting with the local network, client status, subscription content and app settings. Change only one condition at a time so you can identify what actually resolves the issue.

What should I check first if the client cannot connect?

First confirm that your local network can access regular websites. Then update the subscription and switch to another route. Fully quit and reopen the client, verify that the system time is correct, make sure the proxy switch is enabled, and check that no other network tool is taking over the connection. If no route connects, keep the error message and submit a ticket through the user panel.

Why can my browser connect when a particular app cannot?

This is usually related to the client's proxy mode, system permissions or the target app's network implementation. Check whether the client is handling browser traffic only, then switch to a mode that covers system connections. Restart the target app to create a new network session. If the app has its own proxy settings, check whether they override the system configuration.

Do I need to purchase again after changing devices?

No. VPNWX supports unlimited simultaneous devices. On the new device, sign in to the user panel and get the client and subscription for the relevant platform. You decide whether to keep the old device. If it is no longer in use, remove the saved subscription and account information.

What should I do if the route list disappears after reinstalling the client?

Reinstalling usually clears the subscription saved locally by the client. Sign in to the user panel, get and import the current subscription again, then update it once. Do not rely on subscription content from chat history or old files: it may have expired or may not reflect the current route list.

ROUTING

Speed & Routes

Connection quality is affected by the local access network, route path, target service and device activity. Reduce variables first, then compare routes intended for different uses.

How should I troubleshoot slowdowns during peak hours?

Pause large sync, download or upload tasks first. Then update the subscription and switch to another route for the same use case. Change only one condition at a time and observe the local network, route selection and target service separately. If multiple devices share the network, temporarily reduce concurrent tasks to determine whether the slowdown comes from the local link or the selected route.

How should I choose between IEPL, relay and direct routes?

Choose based on your actual use case rather than the route name alone. For persistent sessions, developer tools or streaming, try an IEPL or relay route labeled for the relevant use case. For regular web browsing, start with a general-purpose route. Direct routes take a more direct path, but the experience still depends on the local network and target service.

What should I do if AI tools or streaming services will not open?

Update the subscription first, select a route labeled for AI Tools or Streaming, then fully close and reopen the target app. If a webpage retains old region information, clear that site's cache and session before trying again. Requirements for exit regions and account status vary by service; a successful route connection does not guarantee that the target service will accept the current account.

How can I tell whether the problem is my local network or the route?

Close the client first and confirm that your local network loads commonly used websites normally. Then enable the client and test different routes. If only one route is affected, switch routes first. If all routes are affected, change the network you are currently using and test again. When submitting a ticket, include the platform, route name, error message and troubleshooting steps already taken.

BILLING

Billing & Refunds

Before ordering, distinguish monthly subscriptions from never-expiring data packages, and verify the data tier, reset method, upgrade handling and payment portal.

What monthly subscription prices and data tiers are available?

Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Choose a tier based on your everyday browsing, developer tools, streaming and shared use across multiple devices.

Do data packages expire?

Data packages remain valid until used and never expire. Options are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. They suit users with irregular usage who do not want monthly data resets. Monthly subscriptions and data packages are billed differently, so choose according to your usage pattern before ordering.

How does upgrading a monthly subscription mid-cycle work?

When you upgrade a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated into the remaining days. Before upgrading, confirm the current and target plans in the user panel. After submitting the change, update the client subscription so the local configuration reads the latest status. Data resets monthly on the activation date; an upgrade does not turn a monthly subscription into a never-expiring data package.

Which payment methods are supported?

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. When ordering, open the Plans and Checkout page from the user panel, verify the plan name, price and data allowance, then choose a payment method. Do not process an order through an unfamiliar payment portal outside the site.

How do I request a refund?

VPNWX offers a 30-day no-questions-asked refund. To apply, sign in to the user panel, open the ticket area, and provide the relevant order and refund request. Before submitting, you can troubleshoot subscription updates, client settings and route selection. If you still want a refund, the refund terms and ticket outcome will govern the request.
