Service Scope and Applicability
VPNWX provides cross-border network acceleration, international route connections, subscription management, and related client access services. Routes cover 110+ countries / 180+ routes and support Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Availability may vary according to network conditions, target service policies, device settings, and location.
The service is intended to improve cross-border access and connection paths when accessing international websites. It does not guarantee continuous access to any particular website, application, content region, or feature. Users should review the rules of their target services and select routes according to their actual needs.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscription, connection, and settings activity under their accounts. Accounts support simultaneous use on unlimited devices, but only by the account holder and devices managed by that person.
Accounts, subscription credentials, and route access may not be resold, rented, publicly posted, or provided to third parties outside the account holder’s control. The account holder is responsible for access issues, traffic usage, and account risks caused by public sharing, resale, or improper credential storage.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading during a billing period, the price difference is calculated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and do not expire. Subscription status, remaining traffic, and order records are determined by the user panel.
Lawful Use Requirements
When using the service, users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and the service rules of the websites and applications they access. The service must not be used for unlawful activity, infringement of others’ legal rights, or interference with networks, servers, account systems, or other users.
Users may not use routes to send malicious programs, gain unauthorized access, damage network facilities, abuse third-party services at scale, or distribute content prohibited by applicable law. VPNWX may take necessary action against clearly abnormal connection activity to maintain the normal operation of its routes and subscription system.
Service Availability and Liability
International routes may be affected by carrier changes, network congestion, equipment failures, target service policies, system maintenance, and force majeure events. VPNWX will maintain or adjust routes based on operating conditions, but makes no commitments beyond these terms regarding uninterrupted service, a fixed exit point, a specific speed, or access to specific content.
Connection issues caused by the user’s device, system settings, local network, third-party platform restrictions, or improper operation are outside VPNWX’s direct control. Maintenance, restrictions, or interruptions required by law will be handled within a reasonable scope.
Restrictions and Termination
If an account is used to resell subscriptions, publicly share credentials, interfere with service operation, conduct unlawful activity through routes, or otherwise seriously violate these terms, VPNWX may restrict related connections, suspend the subscription, or terminate the account. Before taking action, VPNWX may review account activity and order status according to the level of risk.
Users should save any required order information before ending their use of the service. After account termination, related subscription access may no longer be available. Transaction and security records that must be retained by law will be handled under applicable rules.
Refunds and Changes to These Terms
A full refund without giving a reason may be requested within 30 days after the first payment. Refund requests will be checked against the relevant order and payment records and processed through the original Alipay / WeChat / USDT payment method. Duplicate payments, order identification issues, and abnormal payment statuses will likewise be handled according to the actual transaction records.
VPNWX may update these terms when its service scope, operating rules, or legal requirements change. Updates will be published on this page, and the last-updated date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the service after a change indicates acceptance of the updated rules. Users who do not accept them should stop using the relevant subscription services.
